The house is just 50m from the oyster-farming port of La Teste, where you can sample excellent oysters in one of the tasting huts and enjoy the view of the pretty pinasses... You can do your shopping on foot and cycle to Arcachon on the lovely cycle paths.
The house offers 3 main rooms, 75 m2 of living space on one level, and includes: living room (sofas, TV screen) with open, furnished and equipped kitchen (high table + 4 high chairs, dishwasher, induction hob and extractor hood, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, Senséo coffee maker....), bedroom n°1 (2 beds 90 cms), bedroom n°2 (1 bed 160 cms with open dressing room), a shower room (window, Italian shower, washbasin, washing machine, hair dryer, towel dryer), separate WC (window).
Private wooden terrace (wooden table + chairs, Lafuma deckchairs, parasol...).
The house is adjoining the owners' house.
Free parking in the street, the private driveway on the side of the house must be kept clear.

Finally, the train station 400m away takes you to the center of Arcachon (next station) on one side, and to Bordeaux on the other...
