A three-room flat located at the Lido beach.
The Lido beach and the Lungomare promenade can be easily reached on foot, 450 meters away. Three other similar flats are available in the same building for large groups.
Located in a new building, it consists of a large living area with a kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, another bedroom with three beds, large bathroom with shower and closet, the property is completed by a small terrace furnished with table and chairs to eat outdoors and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation and reserved parking space very valuable given the difficulty of parking in the area being close to the beach. The flat is equipped with all comforts: flat-screen TV, air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, videophone, and iron, all the main services are nearby.
Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price.
Kitchenette and dishes to leave clean and tidy, otherwise a surcharge of € 50.00 will be applied.
Linen rental prior communication: € 20.00 per person.
Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 20.00): € 50.00, late check-out (after 10.00 am): charge of one more night's stay.
Possibility to smoke only in outdoor spaces.
Tourist tax to be paid locally: € 0.50 per person per day, for people over the age of 12.
Security deposit: € 200.00.
The customer will take care of the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table, the accommodation to its return will have to be free from all the waste, otherwise it will be retained 50% of the security deposit.
Pets: not admitted
