This spacious and bright houseboat is in Waterrijck Sneekermeer Marina near Starteiland, within cycling distance of the charming town of Sneek. The perfect base for anyone who loves life on and around the water. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view over the lake, and it will be difficult to choose between the countless watersports on offer.

From the jetty, you step onto the spacious houseboat. Under the stairs to the enormous roof terrace, you enter the single-storey houseboat through the back door. The two bedrooms are on this side of the houseboat, one with a double bed (160x200cm) made up of two single mattresses, bedside tables + bedside lamps and a tall wardrobe. There are USB and USB-C sockets, a large mirror and a small desk with a separate stool. The other bedroom has two separate single beds (80x200cm), a bedside table, two overhead cabinets with storage space and bedside lamps, and smart power sockets. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin with cabinet and toilet. At the back of the houseboat, you will find the living room with a comfortable sofa with a footstool and a separate armchair. Diagonally opposite the sofa is a round dining table with 4 chairs. The adjacent open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee maker and kettle. Through the living room, you step out onto the adjoining (covered) terrace (15 m2) right by the water, where you can sit in the shade all day long. The terrace has 4 garden chairs. If you want to enjoy the view over the Sneekermeer and the sun, you can sit comfortably on the lounge sofa (with cushions) on the roof terrace (25 m2), which covers the entire roof of the house.
A cot and highchair are available in the accommodation for small children up to 2 years old. One pet is allowed in this accommodation so your faithful four-legged friend can join you on holiday. Please note that the terraces are not fully fenced.

Watersports and the Sneekermeer are often mentioned in the same breath. Not surprising, because in terms of watersports, almost anything is possible here, sailing, boating, paddle boarding, fishing or relaxing on the nearby beach. The centre of Sneek is often busy, with great restaurants and terraces and surprising boutiques. There's a reason Sneek was voted the best shopping city above the big rivers.
- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.
- You have to pay the bill in advance.
- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day, you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking, you can see if this is the case.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course, against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
- Only 1 dog accepted at this accommodation, no exceptions. Please get informed about this option. As the owner, you are responsible for your dog. Do not disturb other guests or neighbours.
- Youth groups are not allowed.
