Deposit returned within one month at the latest if the apartment is left in its original condition (sanitary facilities, floors, kitchen and windows clean, fridge defrosted, mattress protector and bath mats washed). Inventory of equipment in each apartment. Please note that the number of people stated on the rental agreement must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
Towels and sheets are not provided.
We work with a laundry service that can provide you with what you need. Please ask for the laundry form.
End-of-stay cleaning is optional and will be agreed with the agency according to our schedule. Please contact us for rates.
Water and electricity consumption included in the rental price, except for the period from October 31st to March 31st after meter reading.
