Small villa for exclusive use with swimming pool, sleeps 6 with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms with shower. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV, internet connection, heating, cot and high chair. Outside, guests can enjoy a fenced garden, swimming pool, barbecue and panoramic loggia for al fresco dining. Parking on the property.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The outdoor spaces cover an area of around 450 m2 of fully fenced, well-kept garden. The rectangular swimming pool (7x3.5 with a depth of 1.40 meters) is located in the quiet, lawned garden in front of the villa. Around the pool is the solarium area, equipped with sunbeds, sun loungers and a shower with hot and cold water. There's also a lovely loggia equipped as a small lounge with table and chairs for alfresco dining and a portable barbecue. Parking is available inside the property, very close to the house.
Interiors
Villetta Marice is characterized by rustic furnishings typical of the area and creates a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere, with attention to every detail to provide guests with every comfort. The ground-floor entrance leads to the living room, furnished with sofa, large Smart TV, dining area, large, well-equipped cooking area and direct access to the outside, laundry room (washing machine, sink). Mezzanine: 1 bathroom with shower. Second floor: 1 bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk beds. Air conditioning throughout.
Location
Villetta Marice lies in a hilly position in a small residential area. The freeway junction is within easy reach. All around is cultivated countryside. From the house it's possible to see the famous Fucecchio wildlife marsh, the largest in Europe; it's also possible to go on boat trips for "Bird Watching" and admire the magnificent pink flamingos.

The villa is equipped with wifi internet connection, air conditioning throughout the house, hairdryer and courtesy set in bathrooms, central heating, cot, high chair, parking inside and outside the property.
