ROSE Vacances offers this attractive, tastefully renovated studio apartment on the 1st floor (no lift) of a secure residence, ideally located in Port Olona in the picturesque and dynamic La Chaume district.
This flat can accommodate up to 2 people.
Its ideal location will enable you to get around the town of Les Sables d'Olonne on foot or by bike, and the studio is a stone's throw from all amenities (bakery, butcher's, chemist's, etc.), cinema, and the Quai de la Chaume with its bars, restaurants, etc.
The accommodation comprises a beautifully decorated living room with a sofa bed (2 x 80cm), a dining table with chairs and stool, and a TV.
A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, Krups coffee machine, etc.

Free parking is available around the residence in the Port Olona area.
To get to Les Sables d'Olonne, you can board the ferry from the Quai de la Chaume and cross the legendary channel that has become famous the world over, thanks to the skippers in the Vendée Globe.
