On the first floor, the gite features a veranda overlooking the courtyard, kitchen opening onto the dining room, spacious living room with fireplace and a variety of board games, separate toilet and shower room (shower + washbasin). Upstairs, you'll find a landing offering a relaxation area with armchairs and library, a second shower room (shower + double washbasin + wc), a technical/laundry room, a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a 2nd double bedroom (2 beds 90x200 which can be made into a double bed) with cot, a single bedroom (bed 90x190). Outside, the enclosed gravel courtyard is divided into 2 sections: parking (2 cars) and relaxation (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, bench, parasol). Fishermen: possibility of parking 2 boats in the owner's barn (€5/boat/day). Beds made on arrival, linen provided (tea towels, hand towels), heating and electricity included. Wood for the fireplace, towels and housekeeping extra. In the heart of the Parc Naturel de la Forêt d'Orient, this newly converted gite in an old house in the center of a quiet village will enable you to enjoy the lakes and forests that are the region's assets (3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs). All amenities are within 5 km: bakery, supermarket, gas station, restaurants, pharmacy, bank... Greenways and beaches nearby. Port, sailing, fishing on the lakes, birdwatching or hiking for nature lovers (depending on availability, the owner can accompany you on your nature outings).
