In Porticcio (Grosseto-Prugna), Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this heavenly, air-conditioned house with mountain views, less than a kilometer from the beach, with jacuzzi, covering an area of 150 m² and accommodating up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). You'll enjoy a 1,300 m² garden with tropical vegetation! The accommodation comprises
