Stay right in the heart of Marseille in this renovated 60 m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and air conditioning. The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the Old Port and Place aux Huiles. Metro station 5 min away on foot.
Space
Immerse yourself in the heart of Marseille from our 60 m2 apartment on Rue de la Paix Marcel Paul, right next to Les Halles du Vieux-Port. Bright and equipped with a top-of-the-range Miele and Smeg kitchen, it offers a spacious living room with a comfortable lounge and TV. The 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200), TV and storage space, guarantee privacy and rest. Each room also has a private bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and electric towel rail. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space for 2 people. A high-speed internet connection (fiber) is available. Not suitable for disabled guests.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.

Price includes use of beds only. Use of the sofa bed incurs an additional charge of EUR 7.50 per night for bed linen and towels, which must be paid after booking.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located in the heart of downtown Marseille, just a stone's throw from the Old Port, this is an ideal location for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (metro and bus within 5 min. walk). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum next door, the Palais du Pharo), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches (the Catalans beach is a 15-minute walk away). The Place aux Huiles is just a 1-minute walk from our accommodation, offering a wide choice of restaurants and bars for a good time, as well as a wide range of shops for your shopping needs.
