On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a living/dining room, a double bedroom with private bathroom (shower, basin, WC) and TV. Upstairs, you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed, a twin room (2 90x190 beds) and 2 bathrooms, each with bath, washbasin and WC. Outside: large enclosed courtyard with parking for several vehicles, terrace with garden furniture and lounge, covered terrace with barbecue, deckchairs, large enclosed landscaped garden, laundry room, WC. To make your stay easier, beds will be made on arrival, towels and household linen provided, heating, electricity and end-of-stay cleaning included. Pets are welcome free of charge. At the foot of the lakes of the Orient Forest, 25 minutes from Troyes and 2 hours from Paris, come and stay in this vast residence steeped in history, where Napoleon set up his headquarters in 1814. Spacious house with landscaped garden in a village with all amenities (bar, tabac, restaurants, mini-market, pharmacy, doctors, bank, bakery, playground, soccer pitch)... Many activities nearby: forest walks, swimming, sandy beach, restaurants, pedal boats, water sports (jet skiing, no-license boats), golf, fishing, accrobranche, parachuting, many bicycle paths around the lakes. Nigloland, TROYES town center, with its charming half-timbered houses 25 minutes away. Also cellar tours, Napoleon museum...
