Tastefully renovated, air-conditioned apartment: Type 2, 1 bedroom and a mezzanine, ideally located for a seaside holiday! 400 m from the beach (Palais de la Mer) 50m from shops. PK and Box. This air-conditioned type 2 apartment is a real little cocoon, with its meticulous decoration and new equipment (kitchen, furniture, air conditioning, etc.). Equipped with an upstairs bedroom for 2 adults (160cm bed) and a mezzanine that can accommodate 1 or 2 people depending on the opening of the sofa. Unobstructed view over the rear of the residence, with a balcony for dining in the light of the magical sunsets over this Camargue region! On the 3rd and top floor (no lift) / free shared parking in a residence at the end of the street. Small box for bikes, strollers and small cars at the rear of the residence.
The apartment: This small type 2 cocoon: 1 bedroom for 2 people and a sofa, very comfortable, completely refurbished (reversible air conditioning, double glazing, equipped kitchen, shower, separate toilet).
Located on the 3rd floor, without elevator, of a residence, it sleeps 2 (maximum), for a wonderful vacation by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in the Residence at the end of Rue Le Marlin (shared), for the duration of your stay, and explore the area on foot. *Pets allowed on request 30 euros supplement* * Pre-registered non-debitable deposit of 400 with 7.94 euros registration fee*.
Main room:
The living room opens onto large bay windows giving onto the balcony with a view of the rooftops at the rear of the residence (markets 2 times a week depending on the season, 10 minutes away). Enjoy meals with family and friends at the open kitchen table. Come and discover the local specialties: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Bourride de lotte, La Gardiane de Taureau, La Rouille Graulène different from the rouille sétoise... Take time to discover the surrounding vineyards and taste the wine of the sands, the Pic St Loup!
Kitchen: open to the living room, fully equipped (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle).
Sleeping area: 1 sofa bed (1 or 2 x 80 (160) cm), 65x65 square pillows, comforter. *Bed linen and towels will be provided on reservation at 20euros for two people*.
On the mezzanine: flat-screen TV.

Location: Ideally situated just a stone's throw from the beach, 2 minutes from shops, restaurants, the riding school and the lively Quartier Plage Nord. Seaquarium district. This apartment is located on the left bank of Le Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in mid-afternoon, and learn about the fishing trades: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up sales stalls along Quai Colbert...
and Europe's No. 1 marina, where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for the Paris Olympic Games 2024.
Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic site for yachts, sailboats and the UCPA sailing school.
Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea, along the Plage Nord promenade and the Port de Plaisance exit facing the bay of La Grande Motte, and follow the flight of the Pink Flamingos over the Camargue waterways.
Access: You'll be welcomed on site, by appointment, on arrival and departure! You'll have the whole property at your disposal to make the most of your stay in Occitanie.
Transport: Le Grau du Roi train station is 1.5 km away. The town is served by a bus service close to the Residence. The nearest TGV station is Montpellier Sud de France. The nearest airport is "Montpellier Méditerranée".
