Welcome to this modern and cosy apartment, ideal for families, located on the 2nd floor with a lift in a secure residence with a swimming pool. This 44 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. (1 bed of 160 cm or 2 beds of 80 cm, a second bedroom with 1 bed of 140 cm and two sofa beds of 80 cm in the living room)
The apartment is equipped with a fully renovated bathroom with an Italian shower. You can enjoy a comfortable living space with a living room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.). Wi-Fi access is also included.
