The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This large 60m2 T4 duplex apartment can accommodate up to 10 people, making it ideal for a stay with family or friends.
The apartment comprises an entrance hall with plenty of storage space, a living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette including dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, etc., a lounge/dining room with a fireplace and a fireplace. The ground floor also features a double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs you'll find a second bathroom with a bathtub for your comfort, a separate toilet, two double bedrooms and a sleeping area.
Sleeping arrangements include a double bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed on the ground floor, two double bedrooms upstairs also with 140x190 cm beds, a bunk bed with two 80x190 cm single beds in the sleeping area and a convertible sofa bed for 2 in the living room.
You'll be conveniently located close to all the resort's shops and entertainment, so you can make the most of your vacation.
You'll also benefit from a private ski box to store all your ski equipment, as well as unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna cabins, open in summer and winter in season.
As an added bonus, you can reserve an underground parking space at the agency (extra charge and subject to availability).
