Situated in the Port district of La Teste de Buch, in a housing estate, attractive and pleasant semi-detached T4 type house, approx. 88 m², with all modern comforts.
For easy parking, you can park your car in front of the garage.

The La Teste de Buch area offers a host of activities to please the whole family, including a zoo, ocean beaches and Lake Cazaux....
La Teste train station is a 10-minute walk away, at the foot of the coastal path.
