Welcome to the Cabane du Cap, a unique place designed for an indoor-outdoor living experience, where every room offers an unobstructed view of the garden.
Imagined as an ode to the Landes Pines, fishermen's huts and the art of living on Indonesian islands, this cabin house invites you to wander barefoot, surrounded by raw materials and natural objects. The owners have recreated the spirit of the Arcachon basin in this refuge nestled in the heart of an exotic forest.
This modern apartment is equipped with quality fittings and contemporary decor to ensure a comfortable stay. The living room, equipped with a fixed 2-seater sofa and wall-mounted connected TV, is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
The functional, well-equipped kitchen includes a 2-burner ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator with small freezer and crockery for 4 people.
The separate, air-conditioned bedroom features a 160x200 double bed with storage space for your belongings. The modern bathroom features an Italian-style shower (towels included), wall-hung WC and Italian-design heated towel rail for your comfort. You'll also find a washing machine, clotheshorse, ironing board and iron at your disposal.
Take advantage of a large terrace with a large sofa that can be used for relaxing or dining, and 2 sun loungers under a pergola (the anti-sun tarpaulin won't arrive until early August 2024, but in the meantime you'll have a parasol). This space is ideal for enjoying an outdoor meal or simply relaxing in the sunshine. The terrace is extended by a lawn.

The outbuilding is located in the Pont de l'arc district in the south of Aix en Provence, 10 minutes from the historic center, and 2 minutes from motorway links to Cannes (1h10), Gare TGV (15mn), Marseille (40 mn), Avignon (40 mn), Lourmarin (45 mn). You'll be 15 min from the center of Aix-en-Provence on foot, 30 min from Marseille, with access to the A7, A8 and A55 freeways less than 5 min away.
A major shopping center, "La Pioline", is 5 min away. The apartment is fully equipped and quiet.
A bus line is located at the entrance to the residence.
It will take you into town. Bus N° 4 direction Val saint André to go to town (13 mins journey). A car-sharing area for blablacar is 10 mins walk from the apartment.
