Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), this large, charming studio is in a quiet, gated residence. It comprises :

- a comfortable living room for relaxing after a day's outing:
- a balcony for fresh air and views.
You'll particularly appreciate its fresh, bright feel and its beautiful view of the sea and the oyster farm (oysters "tamaris").

Location
La Seyne, 2nd town in the Var in terms of population...
On February 7, 2008, the town was awarded the label of seaside and tourist resort. It is part of the Communauté d'Agglomération Toulon Provence Méditerranée.
The commune has a SNCF train station, putting La Seyne just a few minutes from Toulon by TER, 40 minutes from Marseille and around 2 hours from Nice.
The nearest airports are Toulon/Hyères and Le Castellet. Finally, the port welcomes several cruise ships throughout the year.
La Seyne's rich heritage bears witness to its shipbuilding activity. Michel Marius Pacha, a wealthy visionary, also settled in La Seyne, and gave the town its tourist orientation by building a casino and hotel in the Tamaris district.
The town boasts several beaches, including the magnificent white-sand Les Sablettes. There's plenty to do here: tree adventure courses, horseback riding, tennis, sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving... You'll be spoilt for choice!
