Welcome to the Douceurs des îles gîte, a haven of peace decorated by its travel-inspired owners! This family-run gîte is ideal for getting together and sharing convivial moments. You'll find a private outdoor heated swimming pool (May to September), a pleasant garden (enclosed by a wall and wire fencing), children's games and a pool table for older children.
Located on the edge of the Orléans forest, just a few kilometers from Pithiviers, the gîte is also close to the magnificent Château de Chamerolles in Chilleurs-aux-Bois. Nearby, you can explore André Eve's rose garden, the Morailles rose garden on the Route de la Rose, and the charming village of Chambon-la-Forêt. On the first floor, you'll find a 52m² living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with pellet stove, two bedrooms each with a 160x200 cm double bed, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, on the landing, a billiards table, a bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm, a bedroom with a single bed 90x190 cm and a bunk bed (double bed 140x190 cm downstairs and a single bed 90x190 cm upstairs), a bedroom with a single bed 90x190 cm and a double bed 140x190 cm, a bathroom with toilet.
Pleasant walled garden with private outdoor heated swimming pool (salt water, approx. 28°C, 4x8 m, 1.20 m to 1.60 m deep), open from May to September, weather permitting. Terrace with arbour, barbecue, plancha and pizza oven. Relax on the deckchairs and swing around the pool. For children, there's a swing and slide, a basketball hoop and even a trampoline. Around five chickens and two ducks in a 40m² enclosed enclosure in the garden (eggs available).
Private parking inside the property (possibility of parking 4 vehicles).
All-inclusive rates: heating included, bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, towels provided and end-of-stay cleaning included. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Arrival from 4 pm and departure at 10 am.
