In the outbuilding we find a vast, well-equipped kitchen with a small living room and a large dining area capable of accommodating everyone, with access to a magnificent panoramic terrace equipped for alfresco lunches.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The property is accessed via a private road that leads to the entrance gate. The 2,000 m2 garden is fully fenced and partly laid to lawn; it hosts the magnificent fenced and panoramic swimming pool (accessible via a small driveway, even for people with reduced mobility), which measures 12x6 with a depth of 1.20 meters, external shower and dog area.
