In the commune of Canet-en-Roussillon, we offer this charming air-conditioned studio apartment with mountain views for rent, with direct access to the beach in less than 5 minutes on foot, by crossing the promenade via the pedestrian walkway. The apartment measures 28 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room. Underground parking included from June to September.
The apartment is composed as follows

- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hob...
- A space with a double bed (140×190), separated by a curtain, with a view of the living room and skylights.

The apartment is ideally located in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Hike to the Domaine Viticole du Château de L'esparrou or to the shores of the Etang de Canet-en-Rousillon.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free during the low season (October to May) in the public parking spaces in front of the residence. During the high season (June to September), parking is available in the "Balcons du Front de mer" underground parking lot, the badge will be given to you by the concierge.
