In the commune of Langrune-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 60 m² house for rent, 200 meters from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 28 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 30 m² private terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Langrune-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Cultural escape: Explore the majestic Mont-Saint-Michel, an architectural and natural gem.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public parking lot about 30 meters from the accommodation, or near the mini-market about 10 meters away.
