As a host family with many years of rental experience in the holiday guest sector (since 2005), we believe that we have thought of everything that will enable you to arrive quickly on your well-deserved holiday.
A new (first occupancy April 2018), modern and comfortably furnished penthouse apartment with maritime charm on 98 light-flooded square meters awaits you. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, which you can easily reach by elevator from your own underground parking space.
Look forward to a spacious living-dining area with an adjoining open, modern kitchen including very good equipment. We have provided you with everyday essentials so that you can enjoy your vacation from the first minute.
In the living area with TV there is a comfortable corner couch with a pull-out function. This means the entire family can put their feet up and unwind after an active and eventful day of vacation. To ensure that all holiday guests, big and small, feel comfortable with us at all times, we have a Playstation 4 game console with popular games for all ages as “bad weather insurance”. Furthermore, books, board games, a CD player and plenty of beautiful children's radio plays as well as a DVD player with various films in stock ensure a relaxing break on rainy days. Of course, WiFi is also available to you free of charge.
