Stunning air-conditioned flat with sea-view terrace in Formia, only 3 minutes' drive from the sea. The tastefully renovated house consists of a large living room with TV and a dining room, a super-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, induction hob, air fryer and coffee machine. The sleeping area has 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine with access from the corridor. Outside the house has a large patio where there is a gas barbecue and a pizza oven. Access on the upper floor to the large sea view terrace equipped with table, chairs and a large shade sail where you can spend your evenings admiring the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Gaeta. The house has all the comforts, each room is air-conditioned, in each bedroom there is a TV, mosquito nets on the windows, available 2 parking spaces on the road outside the house.

Just 450 metres away is the bus stop, railway station 1.5 km away from which Rome and Naples can be reached in just over an hour. 3 km away is the embarkation point for ferries to the Pontine islands, Gaeta 5 km, Sperlonga 17 km.
