Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it comprises:
- three bedrooms with 3 pull-out beds that can be made into a 160 x 190 double bed;
- two functional bathrooms;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a lounge for relaxing after a day's outing.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
Please note that pets are allowed.
The apartment is close to theaters, restaurants and the main boulevards.
There's a Lidl supermarket 250 m from the building for your everyday needs.

Location
The 10th arrondissement of Paris has become a popular area on the Right Bank, where many students share large, old Haussmann-style apartments, and where theaters, cafés and restaurants are always busy. Occupying a strategic position between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville, as well as Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of everything, and is therefore within easy reach of an infinite number of attractions in just a few minutes by metro or bike.
