The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This 29 m² studio is ideal for a "ski-in/ski-out" stay. Ideally located just a few steps from the shops and entertainment at Les Orres 1800, it offers direct access to the slopes from the ski locker, where a private stall is reserved for you.
Thanks to its south-facing position, you can take full advantage of the balcony on the residence's 3rd floor, to read your favorite book, enjoy a sunny breakfast or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains.
It comprises an entrance hall with storage space leading to the sleeping area, a large living room with a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, a lounge-dining room with a TV, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
Sleeping arrangements include two 80 x 190 cm single beds in the sleeping area and a 2-person sofa bed in the living room.
For your greater comfort, enjoy unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna cabins (wellness area open only in season, summer and winter).
As an added bonus, you can reserve an underground parking space at the agency (extra charge, subject to availability).
