Very attractive, soberly decorated apartment on the 1st floor of a small residence with well-kept gardens. The apartment comprises an entrance hall opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen (Senseo pod coffee maker) and the living room. The dining area opens onto an attractive 11 m² terrace. On the second floor, 2 bedrooms each with a 140x190 bed, one of which has an adjoining balcony. The property is bright and welcoming, but also ideally located: the town center can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The beach is less than 10 minutes away by bike. 2 private parking spaces in the basement complete the complex. Wifi available. Let yourself be charmed! End-of-stay cleaning included in reservation price. To be paid before your arrival: tourist tax and accommodation deposit by credit card only.
