This fantastic apartment is equipped with warm honey-colored parquet floors and decorated in a modern style, furnished in neutral tones to create a bright and fresh atmosphere, perfect for a unique stay in the center of Sant Cugat, very close to Barcelona.
The spacious dining and living room, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen, is the centerpiece of this magnificent property, renovated in 2024. It is furnished with a wooden dining table and a relaxing sitting area with a double sofa bed. Its two small balcony windows open onto the sights, sounds and smells of picturesque downtown Sant Cugat.
The property consists of two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the dining room. It also has a separate double bedroom (between the apartment and the other room there is a hallway that connects to the stairs of the owners' home, so you will share the access door to the apartment with the owners. Also, this separate room has a balcony facing Major street. Bright and spacious, all are decorated in light tones and feature modern warm wood furniture.Sant Cugat del Vallès is a young and modern city that has managed to preserve its traditional spirit of an agricultural and summer village.
