It is equipped with a full kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, stove, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils for cooking) and a living room with table, chairs, and television.

The accommodation is excellently connected to Barcelona by a direct train link (line R1).

There are two supermarkets near the apartment, grocery stores, a fruit market on Saturdays, and all kinds of food shops, delicatessens, bakeries, pastry shops... Santa Anna square (the nerve center of Mataró) is a few minutes from the apartment, where there are restaurants, shops, etc... You can spend a pleasant day, afternoon, or evening at the 'MATARO PARK' shopping center (one of the largest in the area) where you will find a wide variety of tapas bars, restaurants, cinemas, bowling alleys, clothing stores, and accessories.
The beach is a 2-minute walk away, where you can sunbathe, swim, walk, or practice sports.
House rules:
Upon arrival, all persons in the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity document.
It is not allowed to accommodate or invite more people than those registered at the time of booking.
It is prohibited to engage in noisy activities (music, loud conversations...). It is important to respect the other neighbors.
It is forbidden to organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any uncivil behavior.
Acceptance of the rental contract conditions.
IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ANY OF THE RULES, PERSONS MUST LEAVE THE HOUSE.
CONSIDERATIONS:
All minor members of the reservation are the responsibility of their parents/guardians and must always be supervised by an adult.
You must remove the garbage from the accommodation during your stay to avoid odors and dirt.
Wastage and negligent use of resources, electricity, water, and gas, may result in the deposit not being fully refunded.
It is not allowed to use bath towels for the beach. Their return in poor condition will incur additional charges.
The tourist tax of 1.10 euros per person per day applies to all persons over 16 years old.
The cost of the stay with a pet is 35 euros.
