We offer an exceptional property for vacation rental in the heart of Saint Philibert, less than 2 minutes by car from family beaches for dream family vacations.

Villa Tinoée is a very spacious (185 m2) new house (delivered early June 24), bathed in light from morning to night thanks to its south/west orientation. It's in a quiet location close to the village and its beaches.
You'll love its top-of-the-range amenities and its capacity to comfortably accommodate 10 adults.
Outside, Villa Tinoée offers a variety of "farniente" areas in a large 500 m2 enclosed lawned garden for outdoor living. There's an outdoor living room, 2 sun loungers, garden table and gas barbecue.

- 1 south-facing master suite, 14 m2, with a comfortable double bed (160 cm), dressing room and private 4.70 m2 shower room (Italian shower with rain shower). The master suite opens onto the terrace and garden.

House rules :
- Villa Tinoé is not open to the public and is strictly reserved for the tenants listed on the rental contract.
- The villa, its facilities, parking spaces and garden are designed for a maximum of 10 people.
- We accept non-dangerous pets (dog or cat) of small size (-10 kg) in the accommodation for a fee of 10 € / night / pet.
This fee is reduced for caged animals (rabbits, hamsters) to 5 € / night / animal.
- No smoking.
- No parties or late nights allowed.
- Beds will be made up on arrival.
- A cleaning fee of €240 is included in the price of the reservation. It covers cleaning of the accommodation and management of the sheets and bed linen made up on arrival.
- ATTENTION: We do not provide bath or beach towels, so please bring your own.
