La Grande Verdette residence is located along "Les Retenues" slope which allows you to reach the snow front and the main ski lifts in a few seconds. Arrival and departure on skis at the foot of the residence.
Pedestrian access to the station takes just a few minutes!
This is a new residence which will be delivered by fall 2024.

An indoor parking space (basement of the residence) is reserved for you.
You have a ski locker with boot dryer which opens directly onto the Bellard chairlift.
The apartment is made up of a living room opening onto a furnished 12m2 terrace facing south (table and eight chairs).
The living room offers an equipped kitchen, a dining room and a lounge area with an electric fireplace and a 140 cm sofa bed.
On level 0 you will also find a bathroom, a separate toilet and two bedrooms.
A first bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm bed with a TV and the second bedroom on this floor is a sleeping area with a 90*200 cm bunk bed.
On the upper floor you will find a bathroom as well as a separate toilet, a third double bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a TV. A relaxation area with sofa completes the mezzanine.
