Ideally located in a house full of charm, typical of our Arcachon Basin, with brickwork and exposed beams, charming, very bright T3 apartment on the second floor without elevator, approx. 50 m².
For easy parking, you have access to a private, secure garage.

You're in the Saint Ferdinand/Saint Elme district, on the city's main avenue. You're halfway between the town center and the Aiguillon district.
You can choose between shops and restaurants on the Aiguillon side or those in the town center.
The cycle path is right next to your accommodation.
