Location
Bordering the city center and the calanques, the 8th arrondissement is residential, with elegant avenues, villas and green spaces. It's a very attractive area, with direct access to the sea, making it a great place to relax. There's a mix of lively beaches, modern buildings and ancient edifices, as well as quiet areas such as the Bonneveine district, contrasting with the lively corniche. You'll also discover a village of cabanons hidden in the heart of a calanque, and architecture fans will appreciate the famous Cité du Corbusier. However, the 8th arrondissement is no stranger to sports enthusiasts, as it is home to the famous Stade Vélodrome!
