The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This large 30 m² studio apartment, which sleeps 4, is ideal for a quiet stay in the mountains. From the sunny balcony, you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the slopes.
The apartment comprises an entrance hall with ample storage space, leading to the sleeping area on one side and to the bathroom and separate toilet on the other.
You'll appreciate the large living area with a fully-equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc., and the lounge area with a pull-out sofa bed and TV for relaxing evenings.
Sleeping arrangements include two 80 x 190 cm single beds in the sleeping area and a convertible sofa-bed for 2 in the living room.
You'll be located just above the central square of Les Orres 1800 in the "Les Valérianes" building, just a stone's throw from the shops, restaurants and activities on offer in the resort.
You'll also benefit from a private ski locker to store your ski equipment and unlimited access to the residence's superb heated outdoor swimming pool.
