This recently refurbished Duplex villa patio is the ideal location for holiday among family or friends. Equipped with all modern comfort, we propose this base near the large Landes' beaches and only a few minutes from the city-centre.
This unoverlooked attached villa benefits from an ideal and quiet location.
In front of the Dune, near the Graviere Beach, it benefits from a direct access to the cylcing path. You could appreciate long bycicle rides along the Landes Dune ! You could also join the Lake and the Hossegor city centre in 10 minutes, no more.
Moreover, the famous Centrale Beach, bars and restaurants are only 1 km from there.
The living room includes a functional and equipped kitchen and a lounge area. The fitted terrace includes all necessary equipment for your summer evenings as a barbecue.
On the ground floor, a first double room opening on to the garden is equipped with a queensize bed as well as a large closet. On the same floor, a first bathroom with italian shower, a simple wash basin and washing machine as well as a separated toilets.
On the 1st floor, a second bathroom alike the first one and 2 attic bedrooms : a second double room (+ baby bed) and a third room filled with 4 single beds and storage.
This accommodation is connected to WIFI and a tv may help in case of rainfall ; )
A free and safe parking is also available to park you car without any inconvenience even during periods of high tourists density.
Bed sheets and towels are provided. You will just have to put your suitcases and enjoy.
The cleaning at the end of your stay is not included in the price but please note, we could arrange it if needed. 100€
