Welcome to the Jardines De Guadaiza penthouse,
To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of at least 1 person aged 29 or over and acceptance of all house rules.
This spacious two-bedroom rooftop apartment is located in the newly built Jardines De Guadaiza complex in La Campana Nueva Andalucia. It's a well-maintained high level and quiet family community to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It is not suitable for youth groups or guests wishing to party. You can easily walk to many of the area's restaurants, cafés and markets. Gym, yoga and padel clubs just one block from the apartment. Nueva Andalucia, the port of Puerto Banus and the town of San Pedro are all within a 5-minute drive of this complex. The apartment has beautiful views and the complex has a swimming pool, parking in the garage with an elevator leading to the front door.
The penthouse has a large terrace, combined kitchen and living room and 2 bathrooms. You have easy access to the terrace from the living room and the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have double beds and built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. The second bedroom has the bathroom next door.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, the living room with flat-screen TV and fiber-optic internet. Next to the kitchen is a small laundry room with washing machine. The terrace is equipped with a dining table and lounge group. On the same floor as the apartment, you'll find the community pool and a large lounge area.
It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests must respect neighbors and neighboring houses. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
Check-in after 9pm will be arranged as an automatic check-in.
