Between the Loire and vineyards, 20 min from Angers city center, treat yourself to a "Douce Heure Angevine" in this modern gîte near Angers, with heated pool and spa. Ideally located for exploring the region's treasures: vineyards, villages along the Loire, Château de Brissac 10 min away, the city of Angers and the Terra Botanica plant park, troglodytes and Saumur 40 min away. The gîte is 200m from the Angers golf course.
For hiking enthusiasts, there's a footpath from the gîte down to the Loire, or you can take a stroll through the wine-growing landscapes ("la vigne au fil du temps" interpretation trail to discover the secrets of the vine), the Garennes park and the banks of the Loire. And don't miss the summer guinguettes for a meal by the water.
Entirely on one level, the gîte opens onto a 16m² living room: lounge area with TV, sofa bed (additional 140x190cm bed available on request) and brand-new, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, filter or pod coffee maker, kettle, microwave/grill, small fridge, washing machine... - no oven or dishwasher). With direct access to the private terrace, the 13m² bedroom features a 160x200cm double bed and large dressing room. Shower room (sink, vanity unit, hairdryer) and WC.
Outside, you'll enjoy a private wooden terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and relaxation area. You can also enjoy the owners' garden (pool access, spa, hammocks, swing, slide and trampoline).
To ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay, everything is included: beds made on arrival, bathroom linen supplied and end-of-stay cleaning.
Sophie and Sébastien welcome you to the extension of their house, where you can use the spa all year round and their heated swimming pool from May to the end of September, or longer if the weather is fine (roller shutter - 9mx4mx1.20 to 1.50m with underwater deck).
