Welcome to this superb Provencal longère (house + outbuilding) with swimming pool, nestled in the heart of a vast 3-hectare park near Aix-en-Provence. Comprising a 150 m² main house and a 120 m² outbuilding, the property can accommodate up to 10 people. Ideal for vacations with family or friends, it offers a peaceful setting in the heart of the Provencal countryside.
Main house (6 people)
The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2 toilets.
The first floor includes an air-conditioned living and dining room with cathedral ceiling, opening directly onto the outside (terrace and swimming pool). A kitchen with top-of-the-range equipment (gas cooker, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and crockery for 10 people).
On the same level, you'll enjoy a spacious master suite with views over the countryside, a dressing room and a travertine shower room (not air-conditioned, but cool).
A travertine staircase leads to the first floor, with two air-conditioned attic bedrooms sharing a shower room, accessible via one of the 2 bedrooms. A common area with sofa and desk completes this floor. Separate toilet.
Independent outbuilding (sleeps 4)
The outbuilding has two bedrooms on the first floor and a shower room on the first floor. It is equipped with a kitchen, living room and dining room, providing a comfortable, self-contained setting for 4 people. The bathroom on the first floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Outdoor areas
The 3-hectare grounds offer vast outdoor spaces, including a swimming pool overlooking vineyards and olive groves, a shaded pétanque court and a private hiking trail. Several terraces, including one under a bioclimatic pergola, are set up for alfresco dining with a large table for 10 and a gas barbecue.
