Located in one of the most famous residences in Fréjus-Plage with the beaches and all the summer and nightlife activities less than 5 minutes away on foot, this duplex accommodation of 70 m2 with a capacity of 6 people (ideally 4 adults and 2 children) will be your haven of peace.

The view of the gardens and the south-west exposure of the balcony are all assets to enjoy in complete tranquility the tranquility of the place and the sun which is offered to travelers in the afternoon.
Private, conveniently accessible underground parking is included with the rental.
The residence's superb swimming pool, open from June 1 to September 30 of the year, with suitable dimensions of 13m by 13m, is a most pleasant space, nestled in the gardens planted with palm trees.
The residence offers an ideal exposure and access to the beaches of Fréjus is possible on foot in a few minutes via a pedestrian, as are restaurants, shops, Port Fréjus and the nature base……….and on the other side the Saint Raphael Valescure TGV station and the town center of Saint Raphael, 1.3 km away, can be easily reached in 20 minutes.
