Welcome to our charming home in Monte Estoril! This residence offers a large space bathed in natural light and beautiful ocean views, surrounded by lush vegetation that creates a serene and relaxing environment. We're ideally located just 5 minutes' walk from the beach, with a variety of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, a bakery, a bird garden and the beautiful Palmela Park all just 3 to 5 minutes' walk from the house. The train station (Cascais/Lisbon) is also just an 8-minute walk away, and we're close to the fabulous Guincho beach, in the Sintra Natural Park.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all with double beds, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people. With a total surface area of 960m2, the house includes a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher. In addition, you'll find a comfortable living room, a dining room, an office and a sitting room in the attic with a fantastic view.
