The first floor opens onto a large entrance hall with storage space and separate toilet. Attached garage with storage space (garden furniture, etc.), communicating with the laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer). On the upper floor, which has a large attic, there's a games area (billiards, children's games, etc.) and a bedroom with two beds (1 x 120cm, 1 x 100cm), with a water point (WC + washbasin). Large courtyard and garden with countryside views

The rental must be left clean (a cleaning service may be provided for a fee).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out on each departure (cf art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers have 24 hours to inform us of anything they feel is not in order, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 am on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory of fixtures will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that no damage has occurred. In the case of a pre-assessment, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (cheque), after the tenants' actual departure.
Optional services to be paid for on site and booked before arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: 10 €.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/week: €5.
- Household cleaning C502/C516/C608/C537: 77 €.
This accommodation is provided by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in ad), a supplement may apply.
