Belle maison avec terrasse en bord de mer sur Vias plage entre terre et mer, en résidence sécurisée avec piscine au calme mais à côté de toutes les activités.
La maison comporte à l'étage deux chambres pour chacune télévision, lit double et placard. Une sdb et un wc viennent compléter l'étage.
Au rdc une belle pièce de vie avec une cuisine neuve entièrement équipée lave vaisselle plaque four frigo congelateur micro onde cafetière senseo bouilloire grille pain etc, un espace salon canapé d'angle avec télé un espace repas et un second wc. La pièce donne sur une très belle terrasse avec un espace salon de jardin, un espace repas et un barbecue.
Un cellier va s'ajouter à cela transformer en buanderie avec evier, rangements, machine à laver et une arrière cour pour étendre le linge.
Une piscine est mise à disposition dans la résidence.
