There are two grocery stores: one on the Corniche road, the other in the village center with a variety of shops (butcher's, ready-cooked meals, bakery, tobacconist's, etc.).
Market days are Monday mornings and Thursday mornings in summer, in the heart of the village (near the station and the newspaper shop).
During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites for which the town is famous, such as :
- Sentier du Littoral Boulouris, an 11-minute walk away;
- Boulouris Beach, 28 minutes away;

Location
Situated at the foot of the Esterel massif, Saint-Raphaël attracts visitors mainly for its sandy beaches and water sports. However, this seaside resort in the Var also boasts a number of historical treasures, such as the remains of 12th-century ramparts and religious buildings. In the old town, stroll along the cobbled streets to the Romanesque church of San Rafeu, whose watchtower offers a magnificent view of the town, the bay and the Esterel massif. The church's former presbytery now houses the Museum of Prehistory and Underwater Archaeology, with its remarkable permanent collections. The 19th-century basilica of Notre-Dame-de-la-Victoire, located in the old port district, is distinguished by its Romanesque-Byzantine style.
Another attraction of Saint-Raphaël's old town is its flower and vegetable market, whose scents are matched only by its explosion of color. After a stroll along the old port and seafront, head for the Bonaparte garden for a pleasant stroll in the shade of the palm trees, where the view of the old port and bay is well worth the trip!
Saint-Raphaël is also a departure point for the Corniche d'Or, the winding road that links Cannes by the sea. The 40 kilometers of splendid scenery justify numerous stops to immortalize the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea.
