The accommodation: This very comfortable type 2 (1 bedroom) 300 m from the beach, for 2 adults and/or 1 to 2 children, with sofa bed in the living room (2 adults and 2 children or young teenagers), has been refurbished to a very high standard (air conditioning, fitted kitchen, etc.).
Located on the 1st and top floor of a secure house, it has 1 bed and an extra bed in the living room, for a wonderful vacation by the Mediterranean Sea. A large terrace at the bottom of the stairs overlooks the garden of the apartment's house, where you can enjoy your stay and explore the area on foot.

The living room opens onto a terrace where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialties: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Bourride de lotte, La Gardiane de Taureau, La Rouille Graulène different from the rouille sétoise...and on the meat side: the côte de taureau and the gardiane camarguaise! Take time to discover the various vineyards, whose specialty is: organic vin des sables.
Kitchen: open to the living room, fully equipped (Vitroceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, *Senseo* coffeemaker, toaster and kettle) with a table for 4 to accommodate your meals and guests.

the fishing port, where you'll be able to discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in mid-afternoon, and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up sales stalls along Quai Colbert...
and Europe's No. 1 marina, where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for the Paris Olympic Games 2024.
Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic site for yachts, sailboats and the UCPA sailing school.
Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the Boulevard Maréchal Juin promenade, and follow the flight of the Pink Flamingos over the Camargue waterways.

Access: At your convenience, we can welcome you on site, by appointment, on arrival and departure! You can also arrive independently with a key box on the apartment door. You'll have the whole apartment at your disposal to make the most of your stay in Occitanie.
Transport: Le Grau du Roi train station is 1.5 km away. The town is served by a bus service close to the Residence. The nearest TGV station is Montpellier Sud de France. The nearest airport is "Montpellier Méditerranée".
