Farmhouse with swimming pool for 12 people with 5 double bedrooms, 2 of which with an added single bed, 1 bathroom for disabled people, 3 bathrooms with shower, 1 bathroom in the external area. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning throughout the whole house, Wi-Fi internet connection and table soccer. It is particularly suitable for groups of friends and large families. The kitchen leads to a beautiful loggia equipped for outdoor dinners. Parking on the property.
Outdoor area and swimming pool
The property can be accessed via a private road that leads to the entrance gate. The 1,250 m2 garden is completely fenced, partly planted with lawn, and houses the swimming pool, which measures 9x5 with a depth of 1.20 meters with an external a shower. The stone-paved solarium area is equipped with modern furnishings, umbrellas and sun loungers. Next to the house there is a large loggia equipped with a built-in barbecue, wood-burning oven, table and chairs for outdoor meals. One external service bathroom. Parking on the premise.

The villa is located within the family farm, surrounded by 27 hectares, in a very quiet position, a true paradise for nature lovers. Here you can find an oasis of tranquility and relax.

Services
The price includes: the supply of bathroom, bed, kitchen and pool towels (changed weekly), internet connection, consumption of electricity (but of not air conditioning) and water. Upon request, possibility of organizing dinners, domestic help, extra change of linen.
Important information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Just 200 meters away there' is the accommodation Masso alle Rose, which belongs to the same owners. Access through 500 meters of dirt road.

The Villa is perfect for nature lovers who want to alternate rest with excursions to the many famous centers, such as San Gimignano with its famous medieval towers or the Etruscan Volterra. Florence and Siena can also be reached in just over 30 minutes by car. Trekking and mountain biking lovers will also have access to numerous nature itineraries along the dirt roads in the surrounding countryside and woods. The Etruscan coast with its variety of beaches is about an hour drive away.
800 m food (D'Amico food bar), 7 km Montaione (shops of all kinds), 15 km Castelfiorentino (train station), 24 km Certaldo, 26 km San Gimignano, 34 km Volterra, 59 km Florence, Pisa and Lucca, 67 km Siena.
