An entrance hallway leads to the main room divided into 2 parts by a glass door: a lounge area (sofa, coffee table, TV) and the fully equipped kitchen (hood, induction hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge + freezer) with its dining area (table, benches).
Bedroom n°1: 1 double bed (140) and a single bed (90) + closet.
Bedroom n°2: 1 double bed (140) + closet.
Bathroom with shower and double washbasin, separate WC.
The kitchen opens onto the pleasant garden at the rear of the house (terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue).
PLEASE NOTE: no private parking. Parking is available in adjacent streets.
