The house in Merville Franceville is an ideal destination for a family vacation or a weekend by the beach.
With its electric gate, and the possibility of parking two or three vehicles, you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.
As you enter the house, you'll find yourself in a spacious living room with a TV and wood-burning stove for cosy evenings. The dining area can accommodate up to eight people and will provide the opportunity to enjoy pleasant moments of sharing during meals. The kitchen, open to the living area, will enable you to prepare your favorite dishes and is equipped with everything you need for cooking: oven, hob, fridge and freezer.
The living room opens onto a veranda overlooking the enclosed garden at the rear of the house. This garden is perfect for a moment of calm and relaxation in the sunshine. With its small barbecue, it's ideal for convivial evenings with family and friends. Children can play in complete safety.
The first floor bedroom has a private shower room and WC. It's a comfortable, bright room, ideal for a peaceful start to the day.
Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a single bed that converts to a double (2 x 90 cm), a second bedroom with a double bed (140), and a large third bedroom with a sofa bed (140). A bathroom and separate toilet complete the first floor.
The basement features a laundry area with washing machine.
The beach is just a stone's throw from the house (650 m), so you can easily get there, stroll along the fine sand and enjoy the sea waves. For the more sporty, there are many activities available in the area: golf, horse-riding, hiking, water sports, etc.
This vacation home is ideal for a successful vacation in Normandy, with its pleasant, relaxing setting, comfort and accessibility to the beach.
It is located on the road to Cabourg, but once the gate is closed, children are in no danger, and the garden is at the back of the house, so there is little nuisance.
