This detached house, built on a 300 m² plot in a quiet neighborhood, has been completely renovated. It has a large garden with bicycle racks and a lovely sheltered terrace of approx. 20m², which can be equipped with a barbecue to make the most of your vacation.
You can enter through the bay window with direct access to a bright, modern and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. You'll find a large dining table and a sitting area in the corner. The decor is modern and the materials of the highest quality. Also on the first floor, a separate toilet and a shower room with walk-in shower and washing machine. There are large storage cupboards in the hallway between these two rooms (the front door of the house opens onto this hallway).
The sleeping area is upstairs and comprises 3 bedrooms.
2 bedrooms have 140cm beds, and the 3rd has 2 90cm beds that can be joined to make a large 160cm bed. Each bedroom has built-in closets and 2 of them have a large adjoining balcony with tables and chairs overlooking the garden.
A second, larger shower room and an additional separate toilet complete the sleeping area.
Close to the beach, bike paths, shops and activities.
For maximum convenience, private parking spaces are available on the grounds and in front of the house.

Take the only road or bike path leading to the beach, and you'll arrive at the esplanade overlooking the ocean.
Here, you can choose between the warmth of the sand, inviting you to rest, and the sea baths, where you can relax with their iodized sea spray, or tone up with the waves, acting like a natural "thalasso".
