Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 270 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool and mountain views, which can accommodate up to 14 guests, is available to rent in the commune of Maubec. It has a lovely 48 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, five bathrooms and a garden of around 5,000 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 48 m² living room with sofas, bench and dining area
- A lounge with double sofa bed, bench seating and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 5: a sofa bed (140×190) and 2 single beds (90×200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 13×4 m beach pool shared with the owners (unheated), with gentle slope, open from 1 April to 1 November (dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by an automatic roller shutter.
- A terrace on the first floor, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A beautiful 5,000 m² garden, private and fully enclosed, with panoramic views over lavender fields and the Luberon mountains.
The house is ideally located in Maubec, in very pleasant surroundings. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Avignon, 34 km away (about 45 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Marseille-Provence 64 km (about 1 hour by car)

- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions. Pool towels are provided.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
