Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 17 m² studio apartment for rent in Le Barcarès, 1 km from the beach and able to accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 10 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a nice bedroom and a shower room.
The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob and dining area.
- Bedroom 1: with a 3-bed bunk bed (a double bed (140×190) and a single bed)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 5 m² south-east-facing loggia, with furniture and a view of the pond to enjoy the fine weather.
The studio is ideally located in Le Barcarès, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
