This of two non-smoking holiday rooms is located on the upper floor of a residential building on the owner's 1500 square metre property, approx. 10 minutes' walk from the Baltic Sea beach. Shopping facilities and a restaurant within a radius of 500 metres. The holiday The rooms are equipped with a double bed, radio, flat screen TV, seating area, fridge, coffee machine and shower/WC. The bathroom in room 2 is spatially separated from the accommodation unit and can be reached via the small corridor. There is also a dishwashing facility.
Your holiday room on the upper floor is equipped with: Double bed, radio, flat-screen TV, seating area, fridge, coffee machine and a private bathroom with WC and bathtub, which is spatially separated from the accommodation unit (access via a shared entrance.) hallway).

The seaside resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are the so-called imperial resorts on the island of Usedom. They have wide sandy beaches, piers with jetties and are connected by a promenade that leads to Swinemünde in Poland. The resorts offer bike, shoe and beach chair hire, tennis courts and a well-marked network of hiking trails. A modern water park, the Ostseetherme, is located in the centre between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The border crossing to Poland can be reached from Ahlbeck in just a few minutes.
