Situated in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from Capbreton's beaches and harbor, it's the ideal place to recharge your batteries and enjoy an unforgettable vacation. You'll enjoy a large, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, with direct access to the pool. There's also a covered terrace for meals. The sleeping area has a total of 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor you'll find 2 bedrooms with shared shower rooms. Upstairs you'll find 2 additional bedrooms with private shower rooms. All beds are 160cm wide. Outside, a large terrace is perfect for aperitifs by the pool. You'll be spoilt for choice between a refreshing dip in the pool, a game of pétanque or a siesta on a deckchair. The 7m / 3m swimming pool and Wifi access are also available. You can't help but be seduced by the quality of this villa's furnishings and facilities. End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. To be paid before arrival: tourist tax and deposit by credit card only.
